General conditions
• The citizenship of the Islamic Republic and the belief in one of the official religions of the country
• Relevant experience of sales or after sales service (higher priority)
• Good reputation
• Diploma or higher educational certificate
• Military service certification
• If the applicant is a legal person, it should provide the company’s articles of association, as well as the subject matter of its articles of association should be sales or after-sales services, or related and verified by the company.
• The request is submitted in writing only and provide the required documentation in accordance with the application form

Special conditions
• Sales and after sales services in introduced place
• Accept all terms of cooperation with company as authorized dealer
• Able to introduce, recruit and employ technical and non-technical personnel in accordance with the company’s standards
• Having sufficient investment potential for spare parts supplement and workshop equipment
• providing corporation identity and facilities for authorized dealers in accordance with company standards (ownership or rental document of at least 5 years)
• introducing location with follow specification:
• • An area of at least 2500 square meters
• Frontage of at least 30 meters
• Located at the bases of the entrance and exit of the city or the main street and out of the truck forbidden area
• Provide the original ownership document
• Getting permission to build (commercial and warehouse) for the desired property from the municipality
• Provide required workshop equipment with supervision of the company’s expert
• Bonding according to company standards
• Provide high-speed ADSL Internet with 512KB bandwidth
• Provide a bank account turnover of at least 6 months
